Where can I find this part for my car?
If you're looking for places online to buy parts, I've compiled
a list of sources on the "Parts sources" page.
Places in the offline world are a little more difficult. You can always go to a
Volkswagen dealer to get the parts you need, but genuine parts are pricey, and there's
no guarantee they'll have rabbit parts. Wal-Mart sells
generic parts such as shocks, hoses etc. In Canada, Canadian Tire is
a good source for replacement parts such as alternators brake pads etc. I'm not sure of the American
equivalent of Canadian Tire. JC Whitney maybe? If you're looking for
performance parts, tuning shops can usually order the pieces you
need. Also you can always post a message in
my classified ads page to request or sell any parts.
Where can I get a body kit?
I've created a page for people asking this question.
go to that page. It contains a list of kits available as well as the
sites that sell them.
How do I repair this problem with my Rabbit?
I would suggest posting a message in my
message board to get help. Also I suggest buying the
Haynes repair manual. It's loaded with all the info you need to fix
just about any problem. It has step-by-step information paired with
detailed diagrams. It also contains a complete wiring diagram of all
electrical systems. You can get this book any just about any auto
shop, and are also available on eBay
for as low as 3$. As
a last resort you can email me
and I might be able to help you. I'm
no expert so don't expect me to have a solution to your problems.
Where can I find VW Rabbit collectibles?
